All appointments will require a non refundable deposit upon booking which will be redeemable on the day of your booking.

-TIMING – to deliver the best possible services for your hair, and to enjoy the full experience in-salon, 

you may find our services do take some time.

We allow a 60min appointment time for a cut/blowdry.

We believe in a Low and slow method when lightening. We do this to maintain a high standard of work and to keep the integrity of the hair at its best. Healthy hair is our main priority. So sit back and relox and let us take care of you.

Please ensure you have plenty of time either side of your appointment to allow for this.

-Please be aware that prices on our website are an estimate only and a true quote can be obtained upon in salon consultation.

-We will always send you a confirmation text/email 3 days prior to your appointment. If appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours, we  may cancel your service to make availability for another client.

-Clients who give less than 24 hours’ notice when cancelling appointments will have to pay for the services they were booked for.

-We appreciate your understanding that late cancellations/ ‘no- shows’ are a loss of business for us.
